Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a merchandising associate to cover local routes, stocking, rotating and displaying products in grocery and beverage outlets. You will drive a company vehicle, manage backrooms and ensure displays stay current on your routes.

The role requires weekend availability and offers training, competitive pay, health benefits, 401(k) match and generous PTO. Great fit for a reliability‑driven, team‑oriented mover with a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the US.
• Requires reliable personal automobile and valid driver's license.
• Must be able to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 170 lbs when handling keg products or equipment.
• 0–6 months plus of general work experience.
• High School Diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to stock, display and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring.
• Document execution with photos of displays and backstock in accounts.
• Maintain backstock areas to support inventory and product freshness.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes


• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck


• Use company‑issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring


• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts


• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness


• Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.


• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.


• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds when handling keg products or operating pallet jacks and loading tools


• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
