Job summary

Total Wine & More in Orlando is seeking Store Team Members to excel in merchandising, customer service, and online order support. You will maximize product inventory, process freight, stock shelves, and assist with curbside pickup and deliveries when needed.

Experience in retail, familiarity with POS and inventory software, and a flexible schedule including evenings/weekends are valued. We offer PTO, health plans, 401(k), and other Total Rewards benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience; 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, stocking, and building displays.
• Assist with online order fulfillment and curbside pickup/delivery when assigned.
• Deliver exceptional service and inform customers about products and services.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol sale laws.
