You will greet customers, deliver a friendly shopping experience, and stay informed about promotions and loyalty programs. The role requires a flexible schedule, 21+ years old, and familiarity with POS systems and inventory software. Training is provided with PTO and discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience; 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, and stocking merchandise.
• Build displays and end caps, place signage, and support online orders and curbside pickup/delivery as assigned.
• Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers and informing them about products and services.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, loyalty programs, and safety rules; ensure compliant store environment.
• Load and deliver orders safely if delivery is an essential function.
