Job summary

Total Wine & More is hiring a Merchandiser in Orlando to maximize product inventory, stock merchandise, and support online operations. You will greet customers, provide product knowledge, and help with in-store and curbside pickup and delivery services where required.

Experience in retail and familiarity with POS and inventory software are preferred. Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays, and supporting digital orders and pick-up services.
• Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers, engaging to build relationships, and informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws related to the sale of alcohol and maintain a safe store environment.
• Load and deliver orders in a safe and professional manner if delivery is an essential function.
