Total Wine & More is hiring Store Team Members to merchandise, stock and assist customers in Orlando. You will engage customers, share product knowledge and support online orders as part of daily store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, process freight, stock merchandise and signage.
• Deliver exceptional service, greet customers and build relationships.
• Maintain knowledge of ads, promotions and loyalty programs.
• Support online operations, curbside pickup and delivery where needed.
• Load and deliver orders safely abiding by policies and laws.
