Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to cover Spring & Tomball routes in Houston, TX. This full-time role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to work weekdays and weekends, and physical ability to lift 50+ pounds.

You will build displays, manage stock, and coordinate with customers on routes. The starting pay is $20.28–$24.73 per hour based on experience, with additional incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift 50+ pounds, kneel, bend, and reach overhead.
• Excellent planning, organization, and follow-up skills.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements.
• POS advertising according to merchandising standards.
• Maintain shelf allocation, product levels and rotation.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place orders on existing routes.

Route Coverage: Spring and Tomball
Work days/Shift Hours: Full Time / Must be able to work weekdays and weekends / 3AM till route is completed
Valid Drivers License Required, Merchandising/Stocking Grocery Experience preferred

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $20.28 to $24.73 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Preferred Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
