Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking Order Replenishment Merchandisers to ensure our iconic brands stay on shelves across League City and Clearlake. This full-time role offers a 3am start, Thursday through Monday schedule, and starting pay between $19.68 and $24.73 per hour based on experience.

You will build displays, manage stock and POS advertising, and coordinate with sales routes. A valid driver’s license and the ability to lift 50+ pounds are required; previous merchandising experience

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $19.68 to $24.73 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakageDetermine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Preferred Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
