Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to cover routes in Beaumont and Vidor. This hands-on role involves building displays, managing shelf allocations, and ensuring beverages are stocked and rotated to company standards.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, ability to use a personal vehicle, and capability to lift 50+ pounds. Starting pay is based on experience with performance bonuses and comprehensive benefits offered.

Large Store Focus

Route Coverage: Beaumont and Vidor
Work days/Shift Hours: Full Time / Friday - Monday (10 hr shifts) / 4am - Until Route Completion

Valid Drivers License Required, Merchandising, Grocery Stocking Experience

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $20.28 to $24.73 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Preferred Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
