Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC in Beaumont, TX seeks an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to ensure our beverages are readily available. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 7am start, 8-hour shifts, route completion, with a valid driver's license and ability to use a personal vehicle.

You will build displays, manage stock, advertise at POS, and coordinate with customers and teammates. Starting pay is $20.28 to $24.73 per hour, with performance-based incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle for business.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly, kneel, bend and reach overhead.

• Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements
• POS advertising per merchandising standards
• Maintain shelf allocation, product levels and rotation
• Manage stock inventory and reduce breakage
• Determine product needs to place orders on existing routes

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $20.28 to $24.73 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Preferred Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
