Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to ensure our beverages are visible and available in Bastrop/Lagrange/Giddings, Texas areas. Shift starts at 4:00 am and runs until finish, with weekends and select days as scheduled.

You will support product displays, shelf integrity, and route-based stocking. Required are a valid driver’s license, insurance, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.
• Preferred Experience: High School Diploma or Equivalent; no work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience may be helpful.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements.
• Point of Sale advertising according to merchandising standards.
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes.
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow-up with customers, co-workers and shoppers.

Workdays/Shift Hours: Saturday/Sunday/Monday/Thursday/Friday (Off Tuesday/Wednesday), 4:00 am until finish.

Additional Relevant Information:Must be 18+ years of age, must have reliable transportation, valid drivers license and auto insurance. Stocking, Merchandising, Grocery and delivery experience preferred.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges up to $24.73 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
