Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to keep our beverages visible and stocked across Georgetown/Leander, TX and surrounding areas.

You will build displays, manage shelf space, coordinate stock and POS placements, and ensure timely product availability for customers on existing routes. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required, with benefits and incentives possible based on performance.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes

Additional Relevant Information:Must be 18+ years of age, must have reliable transportation, valid drivers license and auto insurance. Management, Lead, Stocking, Merchandising, Grocery and delivery experience preferred.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges up to $24.73 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
