Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser in Texas. You will build displays, manage stock, and ensure products are available to customers on existing routes.

Role requires driving a personal vehicle, lifting 50+ pounds, and working Monday–Friday 7:00 am until completion. Competitive hourly pay with incentives and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Stocking, merchandising and grocery experience preferred.
• Delivery experience is a plus.
• Clean driving record and valid license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements.
• Advertise POS according to merchandising standards.
• Maintain shelf allocation, product levels and rotation.
• Manage stock inventory levels and reduce trade breakage.
• Determine product needs and place orders on existing routes.
• Communicate, resolve issues, and follow up with customers and shoppers.

Additional Relevant Information

Must be 18+ years of age, must have reliable transportation, valid drivers license and auto insurance. Stocking, Merchandising, Grocery and delivery experience preferred.

Compensation

Starting pay ranges from $18.62 to $23.40 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Preferred Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
