Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to ensure our beverages are attractively displayed and readily available in stores across the Waco area. You will build appealing product displays, manage shelf space, and support sales routes with timely restocking.

The role requires a valid driver''s license and access to a personal vehicle, as well as the ability to lift 50+ pounds.

Qualifications

• Valid driver''s license and a personal vehicle are required.
• Ability to repetitively lift 50+ pounds.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; no prior work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements.
• Execute Point of Sale advertising per merchandising standards.
• Maintain shelf allocation, product levels, and rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and prevent trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place orders on existing sales routes.
• Communicate with customers, co-workers, and shoppers daily for problem resolution.

Workdays/Shift Hours: Wednesday-Sunday, 6:0 am start time. (Days/Hours are subject to change).

Additional Relevant Information:Must be 18+ years of age, must have reliable transportation, valid drivers license and auto insurance. Stocking, Merchandising, Grocery and delivery experience preferred.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $18.62 to $23.40 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Preferred Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
