Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC is seeking Order Replenishment Merchandisers to ensure our iconic beverages are always available for customers and shoppers.

The role requires using a personal vehicle for daily routes, stocking displays, and maintaining shelf integrity. Applicants should have a valid driver’s license, insurance, and be physically able to lift 50+ pounds; strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements.
• Point of Sale advertising according to merchandising standards.
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and rotations.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing routes.
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow-up with customers, co-workers and shoppers.

Job description

Additional Relevant Information: Must be 18+ years of age, must have reliable transportation, valid drivers license and auto insurance. Stocking, Merchandising, Grocery and delivery experience preferred.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $19.68 to $24.73 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
