Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser in the McAllen/Mission, Texas area. You will build displays, place point-of-sale materials, and ensure product availability on routes.

Requires a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and ability to lift 50+ pounds. Prior merchandising or sales experience is preferred; 18+ with transportation and a clean driving record. Comprehensive benefits available.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements.

• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing routes.
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers.

Job Location: McAllen/Mission, Texas Areas

Workdays/Shift Hours: Saturday-Wednesday, 8:00 am until finish.

Additional Relevant Information:Must be 18+ years of age, must have reliable transportation, valid drivers license and auto insurance. Stocking, Merchandising, Grocery and delivery experience preferred.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $19.68 to $24.73 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Preferred Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
