Job summary

Mondelēz is seeking a merchandising associate to support in-store merchandising, stocking shelves, and creating promotional displays in the South Bend area. You will collaborate with store staff and sales reps to maximize product visibility and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.

Responsibilities include in-store visits, photo captures of displays, and placing orders via iPad to maintain stock. Start times range 6:00–8:00 AM, Tuesday–Saturday, with a requirement for a valid driver’s license

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.
Requires a valid driver's license.
Live within 25-35 miles of South Bend, IN.
Positive, professional attitude; able to work independently.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and occasional 50+ lbs.
Retail/grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Fulfill customers' merchandising needs through communication and relationship building.
Stock store shelves and maintain or change displays.
Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees.
Work with sales reps to optimize product visibility and promotional displays.
Conduct in-store visits per Mondelēz DSD Merchandising Steps.
Capture photos of displays at assigned stores.
Order products via iPad for shelves and displays to ensure in-stock conditions.
Ensure Nabisco brands are represented and stocked per guidelines.
Follow negotiated plans with store managers.
