Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking an in-store merchandiser to represent the brand on-site, delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers. You will perform daily store visits, capture display photos, and manage product orders via iPad using Salesforce while ensuring shelves and displays are stocked and compliant with RTM plans.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance to multiple locations.
• Able to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to perform repetitive lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional up to 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Pembroke Pines, FL.
• Availability Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri, Sat.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and commitment to excellence.
• Deliver customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel.
• Order product via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock shelf conditions.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure plan compliance.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Move and stock products safely between stockrooms and shelves.
