Job summary

Mondelēz is seeking a merchandiser to support in-store activities across assigned accounts. You will stock shelves, build and refresh displays, and ensure Nabisco brands are well represented according to Mondelēz guidelines.

This role requires driving to multiple store locations and maintaining a professional, proactive presence. You’ll work with the sales team to optimize shelf visibility, capture display photos, and execute seasonal promotions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license issued by the resident’s state.
• Positive, professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to store locations.
• Ability to download and use work-related applications on a personal device.
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill merchandising needs through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays.
• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees.
• Collaborate with the sales representative to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products and construct promotional displays.
• Conduct in-store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps.
• Capture pictures of store displays.
• Ensure Nabisco brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained per Mondelēz guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers.
• Communicate issues with Mondelēz management.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Represent Mondelēz in-store with a positive, upbeat attitude.
