Job summary

Mondelēz in-store merchandising role focused on representing Nabisco brands with store teams, building relationships, and ensuring product visibility through displays and promotions.

You will perform store visits, take display photos, place orders via iPad, and align with merchandising managers on schedule. Requires a driver's license, access to a vehicle, and ability to lift up to 25 pounds; preferred retail experience; Coldwater, MI area with Tue–Sat shifts starting between 6:00 and 8:00.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license issued by the resident state.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations.
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
• Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs.
• Retail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles of Coldwater, MI.
• Schedule availability: Tuesday-Saturday, subject to change.
• Start time between 06:00 AM and 08:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customers' merchandising needs through communication and relationship building.
• Stock store shelves and maintain or change displays.
• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees.
• Work with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
• Conduct in-store visits according to Mondelēz's DSD Merchandising Steps.
• Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Order product via iPad tablet for shelves and displays to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco brands are represented, stocked, and maintained according to company guidelines.
• Verify sales representatives' negotiated plans with store managers are followed.
• Communicate issues to Mondelēz's management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Represent Mondelēz in stores with a positive and upbeat attitude.
