Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a retail merchandising representative to fulfill merchandising needs, stock shelves, and maintain displays across assigned stores. You will represent the Mondelēz brands to in-store staff and collaborate with sales reps to optimize product visibility and promotions.

The role involves in-store visits, photo documentation of displays, and ordering products via iPad to ensure in-stock conditions. A positive, independent worker with retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid REAL ID driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides, U.S. passport, or federal ID
• Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle to a variety of store locations
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
• Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
• Live within 25 miles of the primary location: Dover, DE
• Schedule availability: four days a week and one weekend day required

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customers' merchandising needs through communication and relationship building
• Stock store shelves and maintain or change displays
• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees
• Work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays
• Conduct in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
• Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores
• Order product via iPad tablet for shelves and displays to ensure in-stock conditions
• Ensure Nabisco brands are represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz guidelines
• Ensure sales representatives’ negotiated plans with store managers are followed
• Communicate issues with Mondelēz management
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
• Represent Mondelēz in stores with a positive and upbeat attitude
