Job summary

Mondelēz in-store merchandising position seeks a motivated merchandiser to stock shelves, set up displays, and ensure product visibility.

You will visit stores on a Tuesday–Saturday schedule, use an iPad to order stock and capture display photos, and collaborate with sales reps to optimize in-store presence. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and reside within 25–35 miles of Macomb, MI.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs; occasional lifting over 50 lbs.
• Retail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles from Macomb, MI (primary location).
• Schedule Tuesday-Saturday; start 06:00–08:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill merchandising needs of customers through communication and relationship building.
• Stock shelves and maintain or change displays.
• Represent Mondelēz in-store and work with sales reps to optimize visibility.
• Conduct in-store visits per DSD Merchandising steps and capture display photos.
• Order product via iPad for shelf/display to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Follow daily schedule set by merchandising manager for efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.
