• Able to lift up to 25 lbs, with occasional up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Capture display photos via DMI during store visits.
• Build relationships with store staff and management.
• Order product via iPad using Salesforce to maintain shelves and displays.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure RTM plan compliance.
• Follow daily RTM schedules and priorities.
• Support seasonal sales and product launches.
• Communicate store insights to RTM and management.
• Move stock safely; lift, bend, and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Stock shelves and move products from stockroom to floor.
