Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. in Hagerstown is seeking a Merchandiser to present products at customer retail locations and service multiple bulk accounts. You will follow planograms and communicate with store management to align on display priorities.

Responsibilities include stocking displays, rotating products, creating POS materials, and building relationships with store personnel through regular follow-ups. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in retail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to satisfy diverse customer needs.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs repeatedly).
• Must work reliably with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display per procedures and programs.
• Moves products from backroom to display area.
• Creates and distributes POS materials and rotates products at display and shelf.
• Organizes back room and coordinates with vendor displays and promotions.
• Maintains relationships with store personnel through follow-ups and proactive pricing discussions.
