Job summary

The Merchandiser at Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated in Frederick, MD presents products at customer retail locations, services multiple bulk accounts, and follows planograms to attract customers.

Qualifications

• Reliable and independent with little daily supervision.
• Valid in-state driver's license and good driving history.
• Proof of insurance coverage meeting required limits.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and shelves according to procedures.
• Moves products from backroom to display areas.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials where permitted and rotates products.
• Maintains back room by stacking and arranging products by package and flavor, and manages returns/damages.
• Fosters relationships with store personnel through follow-ups and collaboration on programs.
