Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Merchandiser to present products effectively at customer retail locations. This role services multiple bulk accounts, follows planograms, and uses safe handling and quality guidelines to optimize shelf presence.

You will rotate stock, place displays, create point of sale materials, and maintain back room organization while building strong relationships with store personnel. A valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively in writing and speech.
• Previous customer service experience in retail is preferred.
• Merc handisers should have strong interpersonal skills to work with diverse customers.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Fill, merchandise and rotate products on display per procedures.
• Move products from backroom to display.
• Create and distribute point-of-sale materials and rotate Fastlane merchandisers.
• Organize back room and manage stock, pallets and damaged items.
• Maintain relationships with store personnel and coordinate pricing and programs.
