Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC in Wise, Virginia is seeking a Full-Time Merchandiser to present products at customer retail locations, service multiple bulk accounts, and follow planograms to attract shoppers. You will move products from backrooms to displays, create POS materials, rotate stock, and build strong relationships with store personnel.

This role requires a valid in-state driver’s license, a clean driving history, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. with safe handling.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and shelf per procedures.
• Moves products from backroom to display areas.
• Creates and places point-of-sale materials; rotates stock and checks vendor equipment where relevant.
• Maintains back room by organizing products, pallets, and damaged/expired items.
• Maintains positive relationships with store personnel through proactive communication and follow-up.
