Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Merchandiser to present products at our customer retail locations, following planograms and safety guidelines while maintaining displays. This role collaborates with store management and cross-functional teams to ensure product visibility and availability.

The ideal candidate communicates effectively, has customer service experience, and can work in a fast-paced environment, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Valid in-state driver's license.
• Excellent driving history.
• Proof of insurance policy validating current liability and property damage coverage from first day of employment.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures and special programs.
• Physically moves the product from the backroom and places it on display.
• Creates and distributes point of sale materials on display and shelf; rotates product and checks vendor operation.
• Organizes back room by stacking and arranging product, and manages returns of damaged/expired items.
• Engages with store personnel to discuss requests, pricing, and upcoming activities.
