Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking a Full-Time Merchandiser to present products at customer retail locations in Norton, Wise, Clintwood, Coeburn, and St. Paul, VA. Responsibilities include merchandising, rotating stock, and coordinating with store personnel while following planograms and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Merchandisers must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with diverse customers.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs repeatedly).
• Able to work reliably and independently with little daily supervision.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Company provided cell phone for work communication.

Responsabilités

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures and programs.
• Physically moves product from backroom to display areas.
• Creates and distributes point of sale materials and maintains vendor merchandisers.
• Keeps back room organized and coordinates with branch on returns and damaged items.
• Builds relationships with store personnel through routine follow-ups and proactive pricing.
