Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated in Wise, Virginia is seeking a Full Time Merchandiser to present products at customer retail locations and service multiple bulk accounts across Norton, Wise, Clintwood, Coeburn, and St. Paul. Follow planograms, rotate stock, and ensure safe handling of products.

The role involves building relationships with store personnel, executing programs, and maintaining displays while adhering to quality guidelines and instructions.

Qualifications

• Valid in-state driver’s license
• Excellent driving history
• Proof of insurance coverage meeting minimum requirements per occurrence/vehicle damage

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures and programs
• Physically moves product from backroom and places it on display
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials where permitted; rotates product and checks vendor operations
• Organizes and maintains back room by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor
• Fosters business relationships with store personnel through routine follow-up on requests and proactive communication
