Job summary

Total Wine & More in Minnesota is seeking Store Team Members to maximize inventory, support online orders, and provide a positive shopping experience. You may handle merchandising, sales, front-end tasks, or other duties as needed while assisting with curbside pickup and deliveries when assigned.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–3 years of retail experience, and familiarity with POS systems and inventory software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers, engaging to build relationships, and informing about products and services.
• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, placing signage, and supporting digital business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in-store and curbside pick-up and delivery services.
• Load and deliver orders in a safe and professional manner, following company policies and procedures and abiding by all traffic and safety laws.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
• If delivery is added as an essential job function, ensure compliance with related requirements.
