Job summary

Total Wine & More in Minnesota (Eagan area) is hiring store team members to maximize product inventory, build displays, and support online operations. You may handle front-end tasks, sales duties, and other merchandising responsibilities as needed, with potential delivery support.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (preferred) and 1–3 years of retail experience, plus familiarity with POS systems and inventory software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory software.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products and maximize inventory; support online operations.
• Build displays, end caps, signage, and manage freight.
• Assist with in-store and curbside pickup and delivery as needed.
• Load and deliver orders safely and in compliance with policies.
• Adhere to safety, laws, and maintain a clean store environment.
