Total Wine & More in Minnesota is seeking a Merchandiser to maximize inventory, support online orders and provide a personalized shopping experience. The role includes stocking, displays, and assisting with curbside or delivery services when needed.

You will greet customers, share product knowledge from ongoing training, and participate in promotions and loyalty programs while upholding store safety and legal requirements. This position offers varied hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, stocking merchandise, and building displays.
• Support online orders and curbside/delivery services; assist with deliveries when needed.
• Deliver excellent service and inform customers about products and services.
• Attend wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of ads, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure store safety and cleanliness and compliance with alcohol sale laws.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
• Load and deliver orders safely if delivery is an essential function.
