Job summary

Total Wine & More in Minnesota seeks a Merchandiser to maximize product presentation, assist with in-store and curbside pickup, and support online operations. The role may include delivery duties and cross-functional tasks, reporting to store management.

This is a regular, full-time position with strong emphasis on customer service and compliance. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years in retail, familiarity with POS systems, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers, engaging to build relationships, and informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and maintain a safe and compliant store environment.
• Load and deliver orders in a safe and professional manner, following company policies and procedures and abiding by all traffic and safety laws - if delivery is added as an essential job function.
