Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is hiring a Merchandiser to present products at multiple customer retail locations in Kentucky. You will service bulk accounts, follow planograms, and communicate with store management while ensuring safe handling and quality standards.

You will rotate stock, set up displays, and move products from backrooms to shelves, while building relationships with store personnel and executing promotional materials.

Qualifications

• Valid in-state driver's license.
• Excellent driving history.
• Proof of insurance coverage upon hire.
• Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Reliable, independent worker.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and shelf per procedures.
• Physically moves product from backroom to display.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials and rotates products as needed.
• Organizes and maintains back room stock and damaged/outdated items.
• Fosters relationships with store personnel and communicates programs and opportunities.
