Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Merchandiser to present products in retail locations and service multiple bulk accounts. You will follow planograms, move products from backrooms to displays, and collaborate with store management to meet plan sets and guidelines.

The role emphasizes reliable, independent work in a fast-paced environment with potential lifting of 50 lbs, and includes company-provided cell phone and routine training.

Qualifications

• Valid in-state driver’s license.
• Excellent driving history.
• Proof of insurance policy verifying current coverage with $50,000 per person / $100,000 per accident / $50,000 property damage, deductible $500 or less.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures and special programs.
• Physically moves the product from the backroom and places it on display.
• Creates and distributes point of sale materials on display and shelve where permitted. Rotates product; checks vendor operation.
• Organizes and maintains back room by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor, arranging returns of pallets and shells, damaged/out-of-date product.
• Fosters business relationship with store personnel through routine follow-up on requests, proactive pricing, special programs, and upcoming activities.
