Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills incl. listening, speaking and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to meet diverse customer needs.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs).
• Reliable, independent worker with minimal supervision.
• Critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and shelf according to procedures and programs.
• Moves product from backroom to display.
• Creates and distributes point of sale materials and rotates products; checks vendor operation.
• Organizes back room by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor; handles returns/damaged goods.
• Fosters relationships with store personnel through follow-up on requests and opportunities.
