Job summary

Coca-Cola UNITED is seeking a Merchandiser-Small Store to build displays, replenish shelves, and manage in-store inventory. You will work closely with Sales Supervisors and Delivery Drivers to ensure execution of the plan and high standards of product presentation.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 18+ years old, and a valid driver’s license with access to a reliable vehicle. Prior merchandising experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license required and must comply with COMPANY fleet policy.
• Reliable vehicle required to perform the job.
• PPE as required and adherence to safety policies.
• Regular and prompt attendance is essential.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Professional appearance within guidelines.
• Ability to operate with minimal supervision.
• Experience in merchandising preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build displays and replenish inventory on customer shelves and equipment.
• Rotate and replenish products in customer outlets and on displays.
• Maintain product integrity with neat stacking and backstock management.
• Collect breakage or out-of-date product and manage empty shells/pallets.
• Provide feedback to leadership on competitive threats and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales Supervisor and Delivery Driver to execute plan.
• Establish and maintain positive customer relationships and deliver superior service.
