Job summary

Coca-Cola UNITED is hiring a Merchandiser in Monroe, LA to build displays, restock shelves, and manage coolers and racks. You will partner with Sales Supervisors and drivers to execute effective merchandising and maintain product integrity across outlets.

Applicants should be at least 18, have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle, and be able to read, write, and speak English. A flexible schedule and safety compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+.
• Valid driver’s license required and maintain compliance with UNITED fleet policy.
• Reliable vehicle required to perform duties.
• PPE as required and safety policies must be followed.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Build displays and replenish inventory on customer shelves and equipment.
• Rotate and replenish products in outlets and ensure product integrity and neat stocking.
• Maintain cleanliness of coolers, racks, and backstock according to company standards.
• Collect breakage or outdated product and coordinate with leadership on opportunities.
