Coca-Cola UNITED is seeking a Merchandiser for large store relief, responsible for building displays, replenishing shelves, and maintaining cold equipment. You will rotate products, protect assets, and ensure Coca-Cola standards across outlets.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain compliance with COMPANY policy.
• Personal Protective Equipment as required by position.
• Regular and prompt attendance is essential.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Neat, professional appearance per Company guidelines.
• Ability to maintain safety and security of Company assets.
• Ability to utilize all Company resources and technology.
• Reliable vehicle required.
• High school diploma or GED; or 3–6 months related experience and/or training.
• Ability to work a flexible or rotating schedule.
• Ability to resolve customer issues.
• Self-motivate and perform duties with minimal supervision.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to present information clearly in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Ability to perform basic math operations.
• Problem solving.
• Previous Merchandising experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Build displays and replenish inventory on shelves.
• Rotate and replenish products in customer outlets and displays.
• Maintain product integrity and organize backstock.
• Ensure proper care of equipment and assets daily.
• Rotate displays and equipment to Coca-Cola and brand partner standards.
• Collect breakage or out-of-date product and manage pallets.
• Provide leadership feedback on threats and opportunities.
• Work with Sales Supervisor and Delivery Driver to execute plans.
• Establish positive relationships with customers and provide superior service.
