Job summary

Coca-Cola UNITED is seeking a Merchandiser for Large Store 1 to stock shelves and merchandise displays across assigned accounts. You will ensure products meet company standards, safeguard assets, and assist with promotional displays and resets.

You will maintain customer rapport and communicate opportunities to the team. The role requires a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and the ability to work a rotating schedule starting at 5:00am.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years old
• Valid driver's license required
• Must have a reliable vehicle
• High school diploma or GED; or 3 to 6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to work a flexible or rotating schedule
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Position requires wearing safety toe shoes as applicable
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure; use of basic math
• Ability to respond to and resolve customer issues
• Ability to self-motivate and perform with minimal supervision
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and speech

Responsibilities

• Merchandise shelves, racks and displays to company standards
• Safeguard company assets
• Set up merchandise and sales promotions; assist with resets
• Maintain rapport with customers
• Communicate store level opportunities to team members
• Perform duties as assigned by management
