Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Merchandiser for our Bayshore, FL store. You will deliver excellent customer service, manage inventory, and support online orders while assisting with curbside pickup and delivery when needed.

You will build displays, maintain knowledge of ads and promotions, and ensure store safety and regulatory compliance. Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, is required for this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• 1+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and build relationships with customers.
• Maximize product inventory and support online business operations.
• Build displays, end caps, and place signage to support promotions.
• Assist with in-store and curbside pickup and delivery services as needed.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol sale laws.
