Job summary
Total Wine & More in Tampa, FL is seeking Store Merchandisers to support inventory management, merchandising, customer service, and front-end operations. This role covers freight processing, stocking, displays, signage, and online order fulfillment with curbside/delivery support where assigned.
You'll greet customers, build product knowledge through wine training, stay informed on promotions, and maintain a safe, compliant store environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in a retail setting preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software is expected.
- Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Maximize product inventory, process freight, stock shelves, and build displays and end caps.
- Support digital business operations by fulfilling online orders and assisting with pickup/delivery.
- Greet customers and provide a personalized service, explaining products and promotions.
- Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
- Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Ensure store safety and cleanliness and comply with alcohol sale laws.
- Complete cross-functional duties as assigned. Load and deliver orders safely if needed.
