Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Merchandiser in Florida to maximize product inventory, build displays, and support online orders and curbside pickup. You will greet customers, provide product knowledge, and ensure accurate signage and promotions while adhering to safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in retail, familiarity with POS and inventory systems, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. This is a regular role with Total Wine & More benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of retail experience; 1+ years preferred.
• Familiar with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, placing signage, and supporting digital business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in-store and curbside pick-up and delivery services.
• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers, engaging to build relationships, and informing about products and services.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
