Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to ensure our beverages are available at customer locations. You will build displays, manage stock, and execute POS advertising across assigned routes.

The role requires a valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and ability to lift 50+ pounds. Experience in merchandising is preferred, with growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements.
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards.
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes.
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers.
