Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is hiring Order Replenishment Merchandisers to ensure our beverages are available and well presented at customer locations. You will build displays, manage shelf stock, and coordinate with sales routes to place orders, while maintaining merchandising standards and accurate inventory.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull and push 50+ pounds and bend/reach as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior sales/merchandising a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements.
• Place POS advertising according to merchandising standards.
• Maintain shelf allocation, product levels and rotation.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs and place orders on existing routes.
• Communicate with customers, co-workers and shoppers daily.
