Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages in Sweetwater, TX is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to ensure our iconic brands are always available on customer shelves. This role focuses on building displays, maintaining shelf integrity, and supporting store merchandising.

You will drive your own vehicle to existing routes, lift 50+ pounds, and coordinate with customers and coworkers to resolve issues. Training and benefits are offered, with additional incentive opportunities based on performance.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers
