Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to stock and display beverages in Houston-area stores. You will manage product placements, stock levels, and POS advertising while ensuring displays meet merchandising standards.

Responsibilities include communicating with customers and co-workers, ordering stock for routes, and maintaining accurate shelf availability. A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are required, with benefits and incentive opportunities

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers
