Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC is seeking Order Replenishment Merchandisers to build and maintain product displays, manage stock and inventory, and ensure shelves reflect current product needs on Coca-Cola brands across routes.

The role involves driving a personal vehicle, occasional lifting of 50+ pounds, and frequent communication with store staff and customers. Starting pay is hourly with benefits and incentives. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and current vehicle liability insurance.
• Ability to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend and reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements.
• Point of Sale advertising according to merchandising standards.
• Maintain shelf allocation, product levels and rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place orders on existing sales routes.
• Daily communication and follow-up with customers, co-workers and shoppers.
