Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages in Kerrville, TX is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to ensure our beverages are visible and stocked on shelves and in displays. You will build displays, manage stock, and coordinate with customers and drivers to keep products in stock on sales routes.

Applicants should have a valid driver's license, be able to lift 50+ pounds, and enjoy a fast-paced merchandising role with incentive opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over and reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements.
• Point of Sale advertising according to merchandising standards.
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes.
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers.
