Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking Order Replenishment Merchandisers to build and maintain product displays and ensure shelves are stocked on assigned routes.

The role requires use of a personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50+ pounds, and strong attention to detail. Starting pay ranges from $18.62 to $23.40 per hour, with opportunities for bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements.
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards.
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes.
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers.
